I had the worst experience in this place. Considering its a good brand took my lil one for a haircut. I explained to the guy to level the previous haircut. But somehow the hairdresser decided to take his own decision and completely chopped my daughters hair like a boy. She has lovely hair and I am unable to see her this way. I think if this guy doesn't enjoy his work he should never touch peoples hair. It is so traumatic for me as I have to wait patiently for her hair to grow back. But will never step into this place. They just said madam don't pay if you don't like the service. Payment is not everything respecting the customer being attentive is so important in such a role. Overall very unhappy and a nightmare for me.
