One of the worst experience in Avatar movie ..i and we ( many people) booked avatar tamil 3d (screen 2 )and they called told 3d is not available at 10.30am for 11.15am show..then we went screen and they told you can watch screen 6 with english avatar 3d, but already screen 6 booked people are therw..we ashamed around 10 people instantly with the booked people shouted as why you guys sitting here ..Supervisor irressponsible answer given and atlast they told money will be refunded within 7days…today is 7th day but still no acknowledgment and no money credited to my account…very cheap behaviour

Dear Cinepolis team ,
My heartily thanks to your team . For being so honest . By mistake I kept my Sony EarPods which is cost 8000 rs on Audi 4 while I came to watch movie RUN BABY RUN . And on the same day I called BSR MALL MANAGEMENT, Mr. Mohammed Ryan responded the call at midnight 12.30 am . And he assured that product will be safe so come and collect on the next day . I went and met the manager ( charming lady ) she verified some details and handed over the product on the safe condition. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE HONESTY . Be frank I thought that I could never get my EarPods . But I am wrong , HONESTY IS EXISTING . 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I have booked a movie ticket for PS-2 on 30/04/2023( 1pm show) in Cinepolis BSR mall. Cinepolis have charged a parking fee of Rs.90 for that. And asking me parking in a open outer space of the mall in a hot sun. When I enquired about this to the person in charge, i didn’t get a proper response and they are saying that the parking was full. It’s their responsibility to allocate a parking space for a person who paid a parking fee. I never faced these kind of things in any of the cinemas. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED 👎
